One Za’abeel is a new mixed-use project that includes residences, upscale office premises, retail outlets, and a premium hotel managed by the brand One & Only. The building consists of two towers, 67 and 57 stories tall, rising out of a three-level podium. The towers are connected by a high-speed dual carriageway. The key feature of the project is the steel bridge dubbed The Link, which is 100 meters above the ground, connecting the two high-rise buildings. A significant section of the bridge protrudes beyond the tower and seems to be floating in the air. A panoramic space with restaurants, bars, a viewing platform, a SPA, a gym, a swimming pool, a banquet hall, and an open-air terrace is arranged on The Link. Besides the decorative and utility function, the bridge also enhances the structural integrity of both towers due to its tubular diagonal composition. The buildings’ façades will feature huge panoramic windows offering stunning views of the nearby park and the cityscape. An indoor air-conditioned square for public events will be nestled between the two buildings. The project is located right next to the World Trade Center. The floor area of One Za’abeel will reach 480,000 m2, with 12,000 m2 occupied by retail. The building will be connected to Zabeel Park
