The iconic carmaker - 007's favourite - unveiled designs for a 66-storey glass-and-steel waterfront tower in Downtown Miami in 2017. Now the structure has reached its full height – 249m (818ft) - with pictures revealing that it's shaping up very nicely indeed.
Aston Martin Residences, located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, will consist of 391 luxury residences priced from $1.5million (£1.1million) to upwards of $50million (£37million).
Taking luxury to the next level, Aston Martin brings this latest 66-story skyscraper residences that looks over the Biscayne Bay in South Beach, Florida. The building was first unveiled in 2017 and boasts world-class architectural finishes and handcrafted details.
The Aston Martin Residences features various contemporary apartments, penthouses and one $66 million USD triplex that comes with an Aston Martin Vulcan. A total of 38 oceanfront condos are found on the 15th floor and the seven penthouses are on the 56th floor. Each apartment features a clean, contemporary design that sees sleek white walls, floor-to-ceiling windows and black marble accenting the perimeter of each room. Tasteful and punctuating design cues reflect the aqua blues from the surrounding oceans through the windows.
